At Mountain Dog, we want you and your pup to be fully satisfied with your gear; that is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
